When we switched over to NeonPay, we did some testing to be sure we understood how it was working and that it was working appropriately. We also do testing every time we set up a new Custom Form and some other forms.
We would appreciate an option of "Testing" (or something similar) to the Void reason dropdown so we can accurately indicate why it's being voided.
We have not yet refunded a payment, but if it also requires a reason, it would be good to have "Testing" as an option there as well.
