We use the system feature of prospects to help keep track of our phonathon calling activities. Yes, we call, and don't use a fundraising company. So at the end of the season, there are a bunch of activities that are left open in one form or another. As we simply just stop the process where ever we are. I would be nice if we could bring up a listing of the activities and filter a segment, this we can already do. But then select a bunch of records and do a mass update on one field. This would be helpful also to move activities to a different system user. But in my case I simply want to change the status to Completed.
