    It's fairly easy to hide the "create an account" text on the login page.

    Global settings -> Forms & Web pages -> Custom CSS

    Insert the following in the box and save it:

    .neoncrm-create-account {visibility: hidden;}

    To see the change, go to your login page and reload the web page while holding down the SHIFT key. This does a full reload (not loading anything from saved cache in your browser).

    However, there may be other places and forms where people might be tempted to create a new account (like on the Encouraged login popup), so this may not entirely solve the problem.

    We have the same problem with the system sending out renewal reminders for current members. It's very confusing for our members and is resulting in extra work on our end.

    In addition to this problem occurring when people create new accounts (which will always happen - people do forget their logins), it will also occur if you use the built-in Membership renewal link available on the link box in emails / page editing. Neon needs to remove this as an option as well as provide some type of solution to suppressing the renewal reminder emails.

    The Scheduler should be able to determine that if someone has a current membership of the same type (or not) with an expiration date in the future, don't send the email.  It really shouldn't be something based upon the origin of the transaction itself and totally non-fixable by system users.

    I would be happy with a batch fix that could resolve these or at least a report which would tell us which accounts have problems. Right now, we have NO way of knowing which members are affected until they contact us and complain.

    Thank you for the information on how to hide the "create an account" text on the login page, Jennifer M.  Hiding the text there may not be a full solution, but it may help.
