All of the information that you will need regarding features and fixes released in the July 2020 product update.
New:
- Introduces a new Charge Report intended to help aid in the comparison of charges and payouts. This report includes:
- Merchant account-specific results
- Filters for charge date, payment method, charge status, charge payout ID, and metadata
- Configurable output columns for various amounts, fees, charge details, payout IDs, and metadata
- Summary widget on the results page
New:
- Soft credits are now reflected in the Timeline account section.
- Ask Amount now displays in the Prospects list, and the column order has been adjusted to group related information.
- Campaign, Fund, and Purpose name & code output columns have been added to the Soft Credit Report.
Fixed:
- Fixes an issue where accounts without prospect data were not properly excluded from reports when prospect-related search criteria were included in a different search group.
- Fixes an issue where transactions created on front-end forms had blank names in the Created By timestamp.
- Fixes an issue where system users with apostrophes in their names received an error when attempting to approve time sheets via the actions icon in the Time Sheets list.
- Fixes an issue where the Tribute Acknowledgement system email and letter could only be generated when creating or reconciling a donation. These acknowledgements can now be generated when a donation is edited to add or change its acknowledgee.
- Fixes an issue where users in a custom user group with only campaign-related permissions could not view the Fundraising tab.
- Fixes an issue where Account Match would allow an account submitted with a phone number but no other address data to replace the existing address on the merged account. The newly-provided phone number will now become Phone 1 on the existing address.
- Fixes an issue where running the Phone Match or Name + Phone Match duplicate scan via the Find Duplicate action on accounts could later result in errors when creating new accounts with phone numbers.
- Fixes an issue where users in a custom user group with the Global Settings permission could not see the Account Duplicate Management settings section.
- Fixes an issue where memberships in the Online Store did not follow the membership term display sequence configured in Membership Settings.
- Fixes a display issue with primary member icon tooltips in the Memberships list's comfortable view which occurred when using Google Chrome.
- Fixes an issue where an error occurred during the store order process if a tiered flat-rate shipping option's name contained an apostrophe.
- Fixes an issue where accounts could not be manually added to workflows containing if/then branches.
- Fixes an issue where the campaign thermometer widget did not properly sort donations with the same donation date when the "Display 25 donors sorted by most recent donation" setting was enabled.
- Ensures that when manually renewing an auto-renewing membership or using Pay Now for a recurring donation, the payment gateway used for the recurring schedule will be automatically selected.
- Fixes an issue where constituents could circumvent the defined price of a membership term if a free-entry amount membership term was available on the form. If an amount is entered into this field but a different membership term is selected, the price of the selected membership term will be used.
- Fixes an issue where Email Block Date was not populating in reports or the Blocked Email List for the Invalid Address block type.
- Fixes an issue where accounts with invalid email addresses did not show the "Opted out due to bounces" flag.
- Fixes an issue where MailChimp emails which did not have a campaign name specified did not display any name information in the MailChimp account section of NeonCRM. The email subject will now be displayed under these circumstances.
- Fixes a display issue which could occur when searching for accounts with preferred names.
- Fixes an issue where dynamic values could be entered in the wrong order when configuring custom object list lookup filters, resulting in errors.
- Fixes an issue where editing the Preferred or Suffix fields of a company account without company contacts would not retain the entered data.
- Fixes a display issue where a discount for a specific store product would also appear for a membership term which shared the same ID.
- Fixes an issue where, if a single admission fee event did not have attendee custom fields, its event registration form would not properly accept waitlisted registrations.
- Fixes an issue where CRA receipts issued for company accounts reflected the initial primary contact's address on the account, not the current primary contact's address.
- Fixes an iOS mobile app issue where activities were sorting from oldest to newest.
- Fixes an iOS mobile app issue where search results did not appear if a space was included in the query.
- Fixes an iOS mobile app issue where important text was not visible if a device had dark mode enabled; dark mode settings will now be ignored to ensure usability.
- Fixes an iOS mobile app issue where pages could be "dismissed" by scrolling down.
- Fixes an iOS mobile app issue where the search bar no longer appeared on the accounts and activities lists.
- Fixes an iOS and Android mobile app issue where the "call" option for accounts' phone numbers did not function.
- Fixes an iOS and Android mobile app issue where campaign, fund, and purpose were automatically populating when entering donations, even if no defaults were configured in Global Settings.
- Fixes an Android mobile app issue where tapping on an address did not open Google Maps.
