NeonMoves is the NeonCRM version of Amelia. NeonMoves serves as a mobile front end to the NeonCRM data and method for recording donor activity while away from a computer by pulling updated donor and donation data on a daily basis. The user is able to reference donor information (name, address, contact information, and giving history) and create notes and activities regarding their interactions with the donor on their mobile phone. The notes and activities are then pushed back to the NeonCRM database in near real-time.
By connecting NeonMoves to your NeonCRM account, NeonMoves is able to create and append NeonCRM records when you record your stewardship activites using the NeonMoves app.
NeonMoves’s system will retrieve donor information and donation history from NeonCRM to provide information on your donors within the NeonMoves app. NeonMoves will display the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- Street Address
- Email 1
- Primary Phone Number
- Mobile Phone Number
- Twitter URL
- Facebook URL
- Website URL
- Date & Time
NeonMoves does not overwrite existing data, but will create new activities. Here are the fields that can be created in NeonCRM from NeonMoves:

How long after an interaction occurs does NeonMoves pass the data to NeonCRM?
Data is sent from NeonMoves to NeonCRM within seconds of recording your donor interaction in the NeonMoves app.
Does NeonMoves erase existing data in NeonCRM?
No, NeonMoves does NOT overwrite existing data within NeonCRM.
Is this the same as the NeonCRM Mobile App?
No. NeonMoves is a premium app designed by the makers of Amelia. We have partnered with them on this app to assist our clients in their major gift cultivation. It’s been designed and tested with hundreds of nonprofit fundraisers, volunteers, and board members for the past four years.
What is the cost of NeonMoves?

NeonMoves is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product built from the ground up using tiered APIs to ensure security compliance required by HIPAA and PCI. The platform is built on the React Native framework, so you can unlock insights from your data more quickly, on the app itself and in the cloud.
Is my data secure on NeonMoves?

Will NeonMoves work on my devices?
NeonMoves is compatible with most Apple iOS and Android devices. We aren’t fans of Windows or Blackberry phones (Sorry 2009).
