Introduction
We’ve all heard the same old lectures that tracking data is important for effective fundraising and donor retention — and it is! But what’s even more important is making sure you know how to use data to make smarter decisions.

In this session, we’ll learn how to use the KPIs to benchmark your organization’s fundraising and donor retention performance — and create action items to improve your strategy moving forward.
