Managing your Inspire Website's Users

Your organization may create an unlimited number of user accounts in your Inspire website. To add new users or edit/delete existing users, go to the Users menu on the left hand navigation bar.

 A summary of these roles available are:

Administrator (Staging Sites)/Site Master (Production Sites) - somebody who can publish and manage posts of other users and create other user accounts. This is unique to Inspire sites.

Editor – somebody who can publish and manage posts including the posts of other users.

Author – somebody who can publish and manage their own posts.

Contributor – somebody who can write and manage their own posts but cannot publish them.

Subscriber – somebody who can only manage their profile.

At this time, it is not possible for your organization to create further user permissions other than the ones listed above.
