Merging means automatically placing constituent data, such as names and addresses, into a printable letter. With System & Campaign Letters, you can merge the letters in NeonCRM & print from your browser. Alternately, you can also perform an external merge & populate existing Word documents with data from Neon.
You can begin an external merge in three ways.
- Run a Mailing or Household report in NeonCRM and select Create Mailing. This allows you to choose the type of merge and add the items to Material Tracking.
- Run any report and Export Results to Excel. Click here to find out more about using Word’s built-in Merging feature.
- Navigate to your Mail Merge Queue and select External Merge. This will export an Excel file of the relevant data for you to conduct a merge of the data elsewhere.
