Your constituents have the ability to log in to NeonCRM using Facebook or Twitter. Once a constituent has authorized Facebook or Twitter login, they will always be able to access that account using this instead of a standard NeonCRM login name and password. A constituent cannot create two Neon accounts using the same Facebook or Twitter login.

A constituent only has to give authorization for Neon to use their Twitter/Facebook once. After that, when they click the link to sign in with Facebook or Twitter, they will be automatically logged in to their Neon account.

Twitter

Your constituents can authorize Twitter login by selecting the Sign in with Twitter option on your login page.

A pop-up screen will appear asking you to authorize NeonCRM to use your Twitter account. To approve this authorization, sign in to Twitter using the username and password fields.

Once authorized, you can navigate to your Twitter account settings and see that Neon CRM is listed as one of your approved applications. You can also Revoke Access at any time in the future. Once access is revoked, you will not be able to sign in to NeonCRM with your Twitter account.

Once you have provided authorization, you will be redirected to the Constituent Login Portal. You will know that you are logged in because it will say "Welcome [your name]" in the upper-left corner.

Facebook

A pop-up screen will appear asking you to authorize NeonCRM to use your Twitter account. To approve this authorization, sign in to Facebook using the username and password fields. If you are already logged in to Facebook, you will not need to re-enter your login credentials.
