Activity, Prospect and Grant custom status types are configured here:

System Settings > Home/Dashboard > Contact Activity

Prospect Custom Status

NeonCRM has a default set of statuses that come with Prospects. These are:

  • Not Started
  • In Progress
  • Closed - Won
  • Closed - Lost

The standard NeonCRM statuses cannot be configured or changed. You can, however, define a second list of statuses for your prospects. These are found in the Custom Status list. You can configure this list by navigating to:

System Settings > Home/Dashboard > Contact Activity > Edit Prospect Assignment Custom Status Type

From here, define the names of your statuses, their code, and whether or not they are active.

Grant Custom Status

NeonCRM has a default set of statuses that come with Grants. The standard NeonCRM statuses cannot be configured or changed.

You can, however, define a second list of statuses for your prospects. These are found in the Custom Status list. You can configure this list by navigating to:

System Settings > Home/Dashboard > Contact Activity > Edit Grant Custom Status

From here, define the names of your statuses, their code, and whether or not they are active.

Activity Custom Fields

Activity Custom Fields are configured in the same manner as other custom fields in NeonCRM. They can be set up by navigating to:

System Settings > Home/Dashboard > Contact Activity > Edit Activity Custom Fields

Color Coding

Activity colors are assigned to each activity, and display on a staff user's dashboard in the My Activities section.

To personalize Activity colors, navigate to:

System Settings > Home/Dashboard > Contact Activity > Edit Activity Color Categories

To add or change categories, just click “Add” or make your changes, and then click Submit. The colors listed use hexadecimal values. If you are unsure of how to find the hex value for the color you want, try using this helpful tool.

Activity Custom Status

  • Waiting for Other
  • Deferred
  • Other

The standard NeonCRM statuses cannot be configured or changed. You can, however, define a second list of statuses for your prospects. These are found in the Custom Status list. You can configure this list by navigating to:

System Settings > Home/Dashboard > Contact Activity > Edit Activity Custom Status

From here, define the names of your statuses, their code, and whether or not they are active.
