The Email Statistics Summary section shows a list of all sent email campaigns, sorted by the most recent. The values for Bounce, Opens, Clicks, and Opt-Outs are displayed here. Any number above zero becomes a blue hyperlink that you can click for details.
This is the total number of emails that were sent, determined by how many recipients were in the audience.
Bounces are messages that are undeliverable for one reason or another. This could be caused by anything from an invalid emails address, to an email server that has rejected the message. Following bulk email standards, Neon will block an address after 1 hard bounce (e.g. invalid email address) or after 5 soft bounces (e.g., mailbox is full).
If you have any bounces, you can click the blue number under the Bounces column to learn details about why a certain email bounced. To learn the specific address that bounced and the error code received, dig deeper by clicking the number under the Bounce Count or by selecting the Bounce Categories to view.

This shows how many people have viewed the email. The email opens summary page shows the date of the first time the constituent opened the email, as well as the most recent open, and how many times they have opened it.
To track opens, we embed a 1x1 pixel image in our emails. When people open up the email, it would request that image from our web server so we know it's an email open. Due to the image blocking in some email clients, the # of opens may not always be accurate.
This tracks how many times a link inside the message has been clicked. To track clicks, we direct all the links to our servers first, then we track which links get clicked before we direct to the actual link our clients have specified in the email. In this case the # of clicks is always accurate as we know that if a link is clicked, the email was opened.
The link summary page provides a name of the link and the URL that the constituent has clicked. From this area you can see exactly which links in the email were clicked under Link Name. Hyper-linked images can also appear here.
This is the number of people who unsubscribed from your email list by using the link on this message. This shows the opt-outs by email campaign so you can see which campaigns caused which recipients to opt out.

You can see a summary of the statistics of an individual campaign or a combination of campaigns. You can access this information by selecting the check box next to the campaign(s) name(s) and clicking Email Stats. This will show a list of each constituent that performed an action in response to the email, which action they performed, and how many times.
A detailed statistics page (one that lists individual accounts) can be exported to Excel or CSV by clicking the “Export to: Excel” or “CSV” icons at the top of the list. This will only export the columns that are visible in the summary view.
In addition to the materials available on the Statistics page, several widgets are available to track your overall email performance as well as individual campaign results.
To view & configure these, navigate to any Dashboard and click Add New Widget. Select Communications to view related widgets.
