This feature shows you the status of scheduled and sent Email Campaigns. This section is useful to find out if your scheduled email campaigns have sent.
This section is found here: View More > Emails > Campaign Monitoring & History.
The Campaign Monitoring & History page shows a list of all campaign emails sent from NeonCRM, including the following information:
- Delivery date & time of the campaign
- How many emails were Attempted
- How many emails were actually Sent
- At what time the campaign started sending
- At what time the campaign delivery was completed
- The name of the campaign email
- The audience list it was sent to
- And the overall status of the campaign transmission.
You can filter this list by selecting one of the criteria at the top and clicking Search. These criteria are Date Range, Status, and Specific Date.
Find email campaigns scheduled to be sent in the future by filtering your list by those with a Pending status. From here, you have the ability to cancel a scheduled campaign.
Clicking on an Email Name opens a new browser tab that displays a preview of the email message content.
Clicking on the Email List name takes you to the Email Audience Details page. From here, you can edit the audience.
Clicking on the number under the ID column or even just clicking the row for that schedule on the Campaign Monitoring & History page takes you to an Sent Emails page which shows a list of the recipients and the status of the email.
The Sent Emails List can be filtered by selecting any of the criteria at the top and clicking Search. You can also sort the list by any of the column headers (e.g., Status). From here, you can see whether or not each recipient in your audience received this campaign email.
Filtering by Status can be useful for finding any emails that had a problem sending. You can find them quickly, then re-send them. You can select recipients and re-send the message to them by clicking Resend Selected Emails.
