EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

On May 25, 2018, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will go into full effect, changing the rules for how NeonCRM and other database providers must manage and protect data for constituents in E.U. member states.

Over the next several months, our development and legal teams here at Neon will be working to ensure that our policies and products are in compliance with these new European regulations by the May 2018 enforcement date.

Please continue to check this page for updates and additional information.

At Neon, we are committed to the privacy and security of the constituent data we manage for our clients. Many of our existing policies and security features have already prepared us for these forthcoming changes. You can learn about these Neon features and policies on our Security & Privacy page. You can also learn more about our data privacy and ownership policies in our NeonCRM Terms of Service.
