This weekend, we will be moving all NeonCRM systems to a new server environment. This exciting transition will allow us to deliver better performance and greater reliability as NeonCRM continues to grow to serve more nonprofit organizations.
As a part of this transition, we are also moving our email servers, and the IP addresses of our email servers are going to change.
If your organization has an existing SPF record on your domain, we recommend that you update this record to include the new NeonCRM SPF policy. If your organization does not use an SPF record for your NeonCRM emails, you can disregard this message.
An SPF record is used to authenticate a sender's email domain as a valid 'Non-Spamming' source. Having a valid SPF record on your domain is a good way to ensure the best deliverability of your NeonCRM emails.
We recommend that you add the following to your existing SPF record after our server updates, which will occur between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. CDT on Saturday, November 4:
Note that this addition needs to have both leading and trailing space on your SPF record on your domain.
