Our development team has resolved the issue that caused an error with Facebook Login on NeonCRM pages. Facebook helped our development team implement a permanent solution to ensure that this error will not occur again.
If you wish to re-enable Facebook Login, you may do so by going to System Settings tab >>>> Home/Dashboard > Constituent Login Portal > Facebook & Twitter Login.

NeonCRM is currently experiencing an issue with Social Media Login with Facebook.
Currently, if a constituent attempts to login to your NeonCRM using their Facebook account, an error will occur.
We are working with Facebook to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
NeonCRM recommends that you disable Social Media Login until this issue is resolved. NeonCRM System Administrators can disable Social Media Login by navigating to System Settings tab >>>> Home/Dashboard > Constituent Login Portal > Facebook & Twitter Login.
